Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the administration and coordination of litigation across our single-family rental portfolio. You will partner with the Legal Department to manage matters, conduct factual investigations, respond to discovery, and assist with contract management and compliance initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in litigation support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with legal documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support management of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including tracking, investigation, document collection, and calendaring under attorney direction.
• Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, and routine legal documents for attorney review and execution.
• Support contract management, signature processes, amendments, and post-signature issues.
