Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in claims or litigation.
• Extensive claims knowledge with ability to handle litigated claims.
• Ability to review complex documents and policies.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve litigated claims with prompt assessment.
• Verify coverages and policy language; work with coverage counsel if needed.
• Evaluate liability using statements, police reports, and evidence.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits.
