The role offers a single-tier partnership track, mentorship, strong resources, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of the Dallas office in a tech-forward firm environment. Salary range $180k-$280k per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing and research skills, with excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in commercial, financial services, banking, real estate, bankruptcy-related, or other complex business disputes preferred but not required.
• Sound professional judgment, responsiveness, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation assignments with partner oversight.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive litigation materials.
• Analyze complex facts and legal issues and prepare high-quality written work product.
• Communicate directly with clients and colleagues.
• Argue matters when needed.
• Take ownership of significant work, exercise sound judgment, and manage deadlines independently.
• Contribute to a highly collaborative team environment and the continued growth of the Dallas office.
