Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and active Texas license.
• Knowledge of Texas and Federal pleading, discovery, motion, and trial practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil cases from initial assessment through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel and the court.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategy.
• Research applicable law and draft motions and responses.
