Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with active and good standing Texas bar license.
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with commercial litigation, real estate disputes, banking or creditor matters preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining high work quality.
• Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and court filings with high attention to quality and deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and client advisement.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and case management.
