Jobot in Houston is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. You will manage your own docket, take depositions, plead motions, and advise on complex disputes from inception through resolution in a collaborative, autonomy-rich environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of litigation experience, including insurance defense or commercial matters, strong research and writing skills, and a Texas Bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, or related practice area.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation docket.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Experience taking depositions and handling hearings.
