Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong background in complex civil litigation (defense preferred).
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-level work product.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Trial experience or meaningful trial preparation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sophisticated litigation matters.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare cases for trial, including strategy and witness development.
• Work closely with clients on high-level legal issues.
• Mentor junior attorneys where appropriate.
