Job Opportunity: Senior Litigation Attorney

A nationally recognized law firm specializing in commercial litigation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its remote team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated legal matters across the country, including consumer class actions, employment claims, and commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex litigation cases nationwide, including consumer class actions, employment claims, and contractual disputes.
• Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes trials, manage trial strategies, and courtroom proceedings.
• Defend clients in federal and state investigations related to advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to mitigate legal risks and structure business operations.
• Contribute to industry discussions and enhance the firm's profile in commercial law sectors.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on long-term legal and business objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of complex litigation experience with national scope.
• Proven success as lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of litigation impact on business.
• Ability to work independently with high-quality standards.
• Experience with transactional and contractual review is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships in contentious and advisory roles.
