Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury and property damage cases. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team.

Position Summary:

Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrate compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also provide updates to clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.

Qualifications:

• Full-time position
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ideally, all trial roles will require 4+ First Chair (Lead Attorney) trial experience
