• Experience supervising junior associates and professional staff.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar is essential.

Responsibilities

• Join the Business Litigation practice and work on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Contribute to class actions, business torts and privacy/technology-related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions and other court filings with precision.
• Manage case files, deadlines and coordinate with junior staff.
• Supervise junior associates and professional staff.
