Qualificações

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience in complex commercial litigation.

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters involving business, real estate, corporate governance, and bankruptcy related disputes.
• Lead and support motion practice, including drafting dispositive and procedural motions in state and federal courts.
• Handle written discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and managing document review.
• Contribute to strategy, research, and analysis on high value disputes with client facing responsibilities.

This is a high exposure role within a well established commercial litigation team handling sophisticated disputes for major corporate and financial clients. You will gain meaningful responsibility across the life cycle of complex matters, work closely with experienced trial partners, and build a long term career on a national platform that invests in associate development and progression.

The Role

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters involving business, real estate, corporate governance, and bankruptcy related disputes

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Litigation Associate with:

• 4 to 6 years of post qualification experience in complex commercial litigation
• Background handling motions, discovery, and broader case management in sophisticated business disputes
• Active license to practice law in the State of California
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• $230,000 to $250,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Eligibility for performance based bonus
