Position Overview
Platt Richmond is seeking a senior-level Litigation Associate to join our growing practice. This role is designed for someone responsible for managing a broad range of commercial litigation matters both in Texas and across the country including contract, fraud, intellectual property, defamation, real estate, creditor’s rights, class action defense and other business disputes. This role requires a deep and varied knowledge of the litigation process in state and federal courts, substantial experience managing multiple team members with minimal oversight, and excellent base litigation skills including legal research, writing, strategy development, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. This role will work with, and mentor, junior associate attorneys and paralegals.
