Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to and manage caseloads across the litigation practice.
• Draft motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
• Take fact and expert depositions.
• Appear for court hearings and trials as needed.
• Litigation strategy development and trial preparation; ownership of cases.
