The role requires 6+ years in litigation support, knowledge of the transportation industry, strong legal research skills, and excellence in communication, organization, and multi-tasking under pressure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience providing litigation support and correspondence preparation in a claims organization and/or law firm.
• Knowledge of transportation industry required.
• Must be well-versed in legal research and investigations.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills.

• Must be able to multi-task and work well in high pressure environments.
• Must possess strong problem solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced litigation administration for complex bodily injury claims.
• Deposition preparation and coordination; litigation readiness and settlement support.
• Acts as SME for litigation processes and guides case administration.
• Identify deficiencies and prioritize workloads across a portfolio of claims.
• Advise leadership and adjusters on discovery risks and procedural requirements.
• Select vendors and scheduling strategies for document management.
• Resolve administrative issues affecting outcomes, timelines, or spend.
• Develop and implement litigation administration procedures and controls.
• Review litigation activities and recommend operational improvements.
• Serve as a resource for adjusters, counsel, and leadership.
• Collaborate with KNX departments to standardize and implement changes.
• Support organizational objectives proactively.
