Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in claims/insurance or related field.
• Experience with commercial general liability and litigation processes.
• Regulatory knowledge and ability to work with underwriters and counsel.
• Adjuster license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve moderate to high-exposure litigated claims from start to finish.
• Partner with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
