Job summary

Unisys is seeking an experienced Manager, Linux & Unix Infrastructure Services to lead the delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of enterprise Linux, Unix, and middleware platforms supporting mission-critical applications. You will manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators delivering across RHEL, Oracle Linux, IBM AIX, and related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of experience with enterprise Linux/Unix environments.
5+ years leading technical infrastructure teams.
Strong experience with RHEL, Oracle Linux, IBM AIX, KVM, IBM MQ, BIND DNS, and Tandem/NonStop.
Experience with ITIL-based service management, high availability, DR, and security.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and operation of Linux/Unix and middleware services with SLAs and incident management.
Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary infra team.
Oversee platform security, patching, DR, and capacity planning.
Drive automation and modernization through scripting and tooling.
Engage clients and executives with status reports and roadmaps.
