Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking a seasoned Linux Systems Administrator to lead enterprise Linux infrastructure across multiple locations. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, drive automation, and advise on tooling, networks, and databases.

The role emphasizes leadership of technical teams, disaster recovery planning, and alignment of infrastructure with business goals, including cloud (OCI/Azure) and on-prem environments. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Expert-level Linux systems administration with enterprise infrastructure design.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and advise across the organization on complex issues.
Experience with Red Hat Linux, KVM and clustering, AIX, Unix and VMware.
Knowledge of disaster recovery and high-availability in cloud environments (OCI and Azure).

Responsibilities

Lead Systems Administration across the company and guide less experienced team members.
Design, develop, and maintain Systems Administration infrastructure (OS, virtualization, cloud, directory services).
Provide infrastructure leadership and consult on complex issues.
Remediate daily incident tickets and drive system compliance and reliability.
