RTX is seeking a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer in the US to support radar capability development. You will apply systems engineering basics for Linux-based lab testing, integrating hardware and software, and solving complex challenges in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in engineering labs, strong MATLAB/Python skills, and a focus on test procedures, data analysis, and safety compliance. Domestic travel 5-10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong experience with MATLAB, Python, Shell scripting, Linux/Unix.
• Experience in hardware/software testing in an engineering lab.
• Solid networking knowledge.
• Experience with systems integration, test procedures, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document system integration and test activities for a radar program in a lab environment.
• Perform hands-on testing and integration of hardware and software in Linux-based environments.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues related to software, hardware, and OS under guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address technical challenges.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and reports per program requirements.
• Support system-level test readiness reviews, test execution, and post-test analysis.
