Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Linux System Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain cross domain solutions for a critical DoD environment. You will optimize Linux infrastructure, enforce security controls, and monitor performance to ensure high availability.

You will lead with modern IaC practices, mentor teammates, and help modernize the network to meet evolving client needs. This role requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Rocky.
• 3+ years of experience with Proxmox.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience managing systems using Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• Knowledge of Linux firewalls, Linux RPMs, networking configuration, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions for an enterprise environment.
• Improve platform performance, security, and reliability; ensure security controls compliance.
• Mentor the team and share expertise to develop new methodologies.
