Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support HPDA projects in a hands‑on Linux environment. You will manage software integration, PKI infrastructure, and automated systems for high availability and scalability.

Required are TS/SCI clearance readiness, extensive SE experience, and a degree in a related field. You will engage with modern tooling including Ansible, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes to deliver robust HPC solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Linux CLI and scripting in Bash/Python.
• Experience in Linux administration, service management and provisioning.
• Experience installing and supporting Linux software stacks.
• Knowledge of PKI concepts and secret management platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead software integration efforts and PKI infrastructure on Linux.
• Maintain automated infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Work with HPC systems and Big Data processing in Linux environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
