Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks a DevOps Engineer / Linux Administrator to optimize enterprise Linux environments through automation, infrastructure management, and CI/CD development.

You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency, system performance, and operational stability while building and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with IT focus.
• 3+ years Linux admin in enterprise, patching with DNF/YUM.
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, or similar shells.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab).
• Experience with Ansible and Jenkins, REST APIs, and secure environments.
• OCI/Cloud and container orchestration familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for Linux administration ( Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD).
• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, security, and operations to define interfaces and performance needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
