DTEX Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned Support Engineer to support enterprise and U.S. public sector customers running complex Linux-based systems in on‑premises and cloud environments.

The role requires direct customer engagement, strong problem solving, and collaboration with Support, Engineering and Product teams. Active United States Top Secret clearance is required, with TS/SCI preferred. You will deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain production environments, author runbooks, and guide

Qualifications

• Active United States Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience supporting large enterprise and government environments.
• 7+ years of troubleshooting, deployment, and customer-facing support.
• Advanced Linux system administration for distributed environments.
• Hands-on support of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain production deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux-based environments and DTEX components (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch).
• Reproduce customer issues with Engineering to identify defects and workarounds.
• Author and maintain technical runbooks and deployment guides.
• Troubleshoot endpoint deployments across Windows, macOS, and Linux in enterprise environments.
• Guide customers through DTEX platform functionality during troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, and Sales; maintain a test environment for fixes.
