Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler certification may be required at hire.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, fish, gravies, soups, sauces, vegetables.
• Cook foods for special diets from recipes approved by a RD.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of serving areas and equipment.
• Assist in training student employees as needed.
• Serve foods and support in production planning and waste control.
