Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned menu items following department recipes and production sheets for breakfast, lunch, brunch and/or dinner.
• Prepare food from scratch independently for multiple cycle menus and track food waste.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and proper storage/handling of foods.
