Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, plate, and present menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Lead by example for professionalism, teamwork, and urgency.
• Coordinate workflow across stations to promote efficient service and quality.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new culinary team members.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures before service leaves the kitchen.
• Maintain pars and station readiness; communicate production needs.
