Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct other cooks and ensure they understand their roles clearly.
• Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using diverse kitchen techniques.
• Plate and garnish portions; manage food presentation and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow checklists, and stock line stations.
