Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintain, set up, produce, and control quality of all food items prepared in restaurant station (meats, vegetables, potatoes, bread products).
Prepare foods per standard recipes to ensure consistent quality.
Check proper storage and portion control; maintain clean storage and work areas.
Ensure equipment in working areas is clean and functioning.
Prepare requisitions and read recipes using basic math.
Perform general cleaning and adhere to health standards.
Be able to work varying schedules to meet hotel/golf club business needs.
