Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Sous Chef to lead line execution, maintain station excellence, and coach line cooks during service. This hands-on role covers breaks, vacations, and callouts, and sits just after the Assistant Room Chef in command.

You will supervise multiple stations, ensure food safety and sanitation, and maintain professional standards, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and timely service at a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience across multiple stations.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in English.

• Coach line cooks on technique, timing, and organization during service.
