You will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate applicant files, certifications, and recertifications, and partner with Compliance to maintain audit-ready records.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and Section 8 programs, strong leasing, and excellent resident relations skills to balance occupancy with strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Section 42 expertise required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with income limits, rent limits, and certifications.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
• Proven leasing, resident relations, and rent collection skills.
• Ability to manage audits, reporting, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities
