Paths Management Services LLC is seeking a Property Manager for an affordable housing property in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on managing a 649-unit LIHTC/Section 8 property, ensuring compliant operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident satisfaction.

The candidate should have HUD/LIHTC/Section 8 experience, a real estate or related degree, and 2–3 years in property management. This exempt, full‑time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, social work, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Must have HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 experience.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide residents, vendors, and staff with high-quality service and support.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance explanations.
• Assist in annual budgeting and expense reviews.
• Maintain property knowledge and enforce policies and safety procedures.
• Oversee inspections, move-ins/outs, and curb appeal.
