Job summary

We Search People seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead a LIHTC apartment community in Roxbury, MA. You will oversee daily operations, drive occupancy and ensure compliance, reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in property management, strong knowledge of affordable housing and LIHTC programs, and proven budgeting and team-management skills. OneSite experience is a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of affordable housing and federally assisted programmes.
• Strong budget, resident relations and team-management skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and confident juggling priorities.
• OneSite experience is a plus; Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and supervise office and maintenance teams
• Manage LIHTC compliance, certifications and recertifications
• Drive occupancy, leasing activity and resident satisfaction
• Prepare budgets and manage performance against financial targets
• Handle resident relations, escalations and day‑to‑day site issues
• Coordinate maintenance, administration and compliance activity
