Job summary

You will review tenant files, update rents and income limits, and ensure timely, accurate documentation for investors and agencies. The role requires active LIHTC certification, 5+ years of LIHTC experience, and proficiency in OneSite Affordable and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Active LIHTC Compliance certification required within the last 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years LIHTC experience.
• Knowledge of HOME, Section 8, HUD programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in OneSite Affordable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication across diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating rent, utility allowances, and income limits.
• Conduct on-site and electronic tenant file reviews to mitigate compliance risk.
• Maintain knowledge of all affordable housing programs in the portfolio.
• Review tenant certifications for compliance with regulations and protocols.
• Respond to state agency and investor requests for tenant files and documentation.
• Request and track corrections to non-compliant files from property management.
• Assist with training staff on tenant file compliance and recertification protocols.
• Provide technical guidance to property management.
