Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing, project management, community development, real estate or finance is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Criminal background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and make recommendations on LIHTC investment opportunities with moderate oversight.
• Support pre-closing due diligence, financial modeling, and underwriting of LIHTC investments.
• Review developer proformas, tax credit apps, appraisals, market studies, enviro reports and financials.
• Identify issues, trends, risks, and conformance with underwriting standards and market benchmarks.
• Propose mitigating adjustments and work with senior staff to structure transactions.
• Prepare investment proposals and attend investment committee meetings; manage LOIs and legal intake.
• Maintain project data in Evernorth database and pipeline; update as needed.
• Lead proformas, spreadsheets, and reports for underwriting, Capital and Asset Management.
