Job summary

Evernorth seeks a Community Investments Analyst to support the LIHTC and NMTC investment pipeline, assisting with due diligence, financial modeling, and data management. You will prepare checklists, gather data from partners, and help assemble Investment Committee materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in real estate or related fields desired.
• Interest or knowledge in affordable housing and community development preferred.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist LIHTC and NMTC opportunities review and data transfer to SharePoint.
• Support due diligence, financial modeling, and underwriting for LIHTC investments.
• Prepare initial due diligence checklists and organize project files.
• Collect and track information from partners; upload data for investors and counsel.
• Assist in Investment Committee materials and meetings.
