Job summary

Evernorth, Inc. is seeking a Community Investments Analyst in Burlington, VT to support the LIHTC and NMTC investment programs. The role focuses on data accuracy, financial models, due diligence support, and collaboration with the Community Investments team.

You will assist in intake reviews, prepare investment proposals, and help manage reporting and committee materials, ensuring timely, precise data across SharePoint and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Coursework in community development, real estate, or related discipline desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist LIHTC project intake, review, and data transfer into internal models and SharePoint.
• Support NMTC opportunities review and data transfer.
• Provide due diligence support including data collection, file organization, and initial reviews.
• Prepare investment proposal sections and supporting documents.
• Draft legal intake forms and other assigned duties.
• Contribute to risk management data transfer and tracking across systems.
• Coordinate capital installments and requisition back-up support.
• Assist in assembling Investment Committee materials and minute-taking as needed.
• Maintain LIHTC investment pipeline data, quality control, and reporting.
