Job summary

TAMCO Group, now part of City Electric Supply, is seeking a Lighting Product Manager to drive the strategy, lifecycle management, and profitability of key lighting categories. This role leverages TAMCO’s domestic manufacturing and sourcing to bring competitive, high-quality lighting solutions to market.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will shape the portfolio to meet evolving customer needs, drive growth, and lead a small product execution team.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management experience, ideally in lighting, electrical, or building products.
• Strong understanding of LED technology, lighting controls, and applications.
• Experience managing products within a distribution or customer-network go-to-market model.
• Leadership and development of small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and profitability of assigned lighting product categories.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing to bring high-quality lighting solutions to market.
• Oversee a small team supporting product execution.
• Report to the Senior Product Manager within a vertically integrated distribution model.
