Job summary

Dialight is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of a global product portfolio in the industrial lighting space. You will act as the voice of the customer and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and investment priorities.

The role requires strong commercial judgment and cross‑functional leadership across engineering, operations, supply chain, sales and regulatory teams, with a track record of delivering products in long sales‑cycle

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field.
MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
7+ years in product management or product development.
5+ years in PM for technical B2B products.
Experience launching and managing technical products in industrial settings.
Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing and margins.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Experience with global regions and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the product portfolio.
Evaluate market needs, trends, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
Develop business cases with demand forecasts, pricing, cost, and ROI.
