Job summary

Rexel USA in Livermore, CA is seeking a Senior Lighting Quotations Specialist to join our sales team. You will establish relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing positions for bids, review bid packages, and translate requirements into accurate quotations.

Responsibilities include preparing bid tabulations, issuing RFQs, negotiating pricing, and maintaining product knowledge through meetings and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or related roles.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Quote moderate to high profile projects requiring strong product knowledge.
• Review bid packages for technical, commercial, and documentation requirements.
• Create bid spreadsheets and issue RFQs to vendors.
• Prepare final proposals with required documentation.
• Negotiate pricing and suggest substitute products when appropriate.
