Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Senior Lifestyle Specialist in Indianapolis to drive occupancy and support admissions and move‑in coordination. You will work with prospective residents, families, and referral sources to navigate Medicaid Waiver eligibility and ensure smooth transitions into the community.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, or 3 years of equivalent experience. Prior senior living health care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; or three years equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous senior living health care experience required.

• Achieve maximum occupancy in the community.
