Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Senior Lifestyle Specialist (Sales) for an assisted living community. You will drive occupancy by guiding prospective residents and families through Medicaid Waiver eligibility, admissions, and move-in coordination.

You will collaborate with care teams and referral sources, build relationships, and represent the community to prospective residents with a compassionate, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 1–3 years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous senior living health care experience required.

Bethany Village Assisted Living is now hiring a Senior Lifestyle (Sales) Specialist

The Senior Lifestyle Specialistis responsible for achieving maximum occupancy in the community while assisting prospective residents, families, and referral sources with Medicaid Waiver eligibility, admissions, and move-in coordination while supporting community occupancy goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business/communications/social work or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• One to three years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous senior living health care experience required.
