ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own engagement across the customer journey, turning signups and trials into pipeline and self-serve MRR via behavior-driven lifecycle programs in email and in-product channels.

This hands-on role builds from the ground up as the first lifecycle marketer, experimenting with strategies and collaborating with a passionate ClickHouse user community.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years owning lifecycle, email, or growth marketing programs (onboarding, activation, nurture, retention).
• At least 3 years at a database, data infra, or API company, or tech product for developers.
• Proven track record building behavior-triggered lifecycle programs that boosted activation and pipeline.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and run experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage developers and partners.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple programs.

Aufgaben

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end from onboarding to expansion.
• Build behavior-triggered nurture programs responding to usage and signals.
• Design onboarding journeys for Cloud signups aligning emails with in-product experiences.
• Run always-on nurture for sales-led funnel with segmented streams.
• Build and run a testing roadmap for subject lines, cadence, and formats.
• Report lifecycle funnel metrics and identify improvements.
• Track industry trends to identify new lifecycle opportunities.
