Evolve is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the owner lifecycle end-to-end—from strategy to execution and results. In your first year, you’ll consolidate communications on Customer.io, map journeys for owner segments, and drive metrics like qualified lead conversion and six-month owner retention.

You'll lead a small, senior individual-contributor team on a flat structure, partnering with Sales, Product, Onboarding, Support, and Analytics to create coherent, data-driven owner

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience.
• Experience owning multi-stage journeys end-to-end.
• Strong writing and analytical skills for segmentation and testing.

• Define lifecycle strategy and journeys for owners across stages.
• Audit communications and map segment-specific journeys; tailor for Core/Plus/Pro owners.
• Expand channels beyond email and SMS with in-product nudges and notifications.
• Lead migration of owner communications to Customer.io with governance.
• Build real-time segmentation and triggers based on behavior.
• Partner with sales, product, onboarding, support, and analytics.
