Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rentals seeks a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the owner lifecycle end-to-end, from strategy to platform to results. In your first year you’ll consolidate communications on Customer.io, rebuild journeys for owner segments, and convert a set of separate sends into a measurable system that drives qualified lead conversions and six-month owner retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
• Hands-on with enterprise marketing automation platforms
• Proven revenue/retention ownership
• Auditing and consolidating fragmented systems into a single platform
• Analytical mindset with cohort/journey performance analysis
• Strong copywriting for business owners
• Experience marketing to small business owners or prosumer segments
• AI-native workflow using tools like Claude

Responsibilities

• Own owner lifecycle marketing end-to-end for all messages
• Audit current communications and map segment-specific journeys
• Expand channels beyond email and SMS (in-product nudges, push, help content)
• Migrate owner communications to Customer.io with governance
• Build segmentation and real-time triggers based on behavior
• Manage pre-activation nurture and recovery campaigns
• Drive core metrics: qualified lead conversion and 180-day retention
• Design and run hypothesis-driven A/B tests
• Partner with sales, product, onboarding, support, and analytics
