Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the owner lifecycle end-to-end—from strategy to the platform and results. You will consolidate sending onto Customer.io, rebuild journeys for owner segments, and drive quantified improvements in qualified lead conversion and 180-day owner retention.

You’ll lead a small, senior individual-contributor team, expanding channels beyond email and SMS, and partnering across sales, product, onboarding, support, and analytics to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Experience owning multi-stage journeys.
• Proven revenue, conversion, or retention targets ownership.
• Experience consolidating fragmented communications into a single platform.

Responsibilities

• Own owner lifecycle marketing end-to-end—every scheduled and triggered message an owner receives, from their first information request through onboarding, their first 180 days, and beyond.
• Audit communications and map journeys for Core, Plus, and Pro owners, tailoring journeys per segment.
• Expand lifecycle channels beyond email and SMS, including in-product nudges and push notifications.
• Migrate owner communications to Customer.io and establish governance to prevent fragmentation.
• Build segmentation and real-time triggers based on owner actions and performance signals.
• Partner with sales, product, onboarding, support, and analytics to translate updates into clear owner communications.
