Job summary

Evolve is a vacation rental platform on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. We are seeking a growth-minded marketer to own the owner communications lifecycle end-to-end, from first inquiry through onboarding and beyond.

You will audit current messages, build segment-specific journeys for Core, Plus, and Pro owners, migrate communications to Customer.io, and establish governance to prevent fragmentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience with email and SMS channels.
• Ability to translate complex updates into clear owner communications.

Responsibilities

• Own owner lifecycle marketing end-to-end from inquiry through onboarding and beyond.
• Audit current communications and build segment-specific journeys for Core, Plus, and Pro owners.
• Migrate owner communications to Customer.io and establish build standards to prevent fragmentation.
• Drive core metrics through real-time segmentation, behavioral triggers, and hypothesis-driven A/B tests.
• Partner with sales, product, onboarding, support, and analytics to translate updates into clear owner communications.
• Balance lifecycle’s contribution to qualified lead conversion with 180-day owner retention across all owner segments.
