Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting seeks a Technical Specialist (LifeCycle Management) to support the White Sands Missile Range IT infrastructure. The role requires a Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE at hire, focusing on inventory control, lifecycle tracking, and help desk coordination.

You will manage inventory accuracy, run reports, and support customers while coordinating with IT teams. On-site work at White Sands NM demands reliability and strong written/oral communication.

Qualifications

• Certification: CompTIA Security+ at time of hire.
• Clearance: Secret at time of hire.
• 3–5 years inventory management experience.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
• Ability to interpret and execute detailed instructions independently.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests for assistance from users requiring property documentation.
• Keep accurate inventory records by ensuring that products are accounted for during inbound and outbound processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including stock levels, item descriptions, and locations.
• Conduct regular physical counts and audits of inventory to verify records match stock; resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, turnover rates, and other metrics for management.
• Assist with fulfilling customer orders or inquiries related to inventory availability.
• Manage the Microsoft Access database and Active Directory to reflect on-hand status.
