Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a System Administrator to support the White Sands Missile Range in Alamogordo, NM. This on‑site role requires an active Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE at time of hire.

The job entails installation, configuration, and ongoing support of IT infrastructure, security controls, and user access management. Candidate experience includes Windows Server 2012r2-2019, VM environments, patch management, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Senior Level: 5+ years in System/Server Admin.
• Active Secret Clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012r2-2019 and VMs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Provide server, desktop, imaging, and release management.
• Provide Tier 3/4 IT support for designated systems.
• Password control: issuing, maintaining and deleting end-user accounts.
• Install, integrate, and maintain Windows Server and workstations.
• Harden systems and enforce security policies (STIG/IAVAs).
• Manage file shares, backups, and remote access.
