Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Project Manager for the White Sands Missile Range site to direct day-to-day contractor performance and serve as the COR's site point of contact for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, ability to communicate in English, an active Secret clearance (Tier 3) or SCI eligibility for classified oversight, and a high school diploma or equivalent; DoD project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• U.S. citizenship and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the WSMR site.
• Serve as site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
