Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to support 2000+ users on-site at White Sands Missile Range, NM. Requires active Secret clearance, CompTIA A+, and ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities include leading a Help Desk team, coordinating with government stakeholders, and delivering Level 1/2 support for desktop issues and related technologies. Ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of leadership experience, 2–4 years of Windows administration, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leading a Help Desk or managing a team
• 2-4 years administering Windows desktops and operating systems
• Microsoft and A+ certification required; Security+ preferred
• Active Secret clearance required at start of contract
• ITIL foundation certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Help Desk Support Technicians including staffing, training, and evaluation
• Act as liaison between Contract and Government
• Prioritize and schedule technicians and resources to complete service desk functions
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk/Desktop assistance and basic troubleshooting
