Job summary

The Farmer’s Dog, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Manager to own customer lifecycle communications and strategy, partnering with Product Engineering and Data to scale real-time journeys.

You’ll lead experimentation, sponsor initiatives, and grow a direct report as this work scales within our in-office culture. You’ll shape the education and messaging strategy across the journey, drive end-to-end lifecycle programs, and collaborate across teams to ensure retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience, ideally at a DTC or subscription business.
• Hands-on ownership of a lifecycle communications platform.
• Experience running lifecycle experiments and collaborating with product/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle communications from Welcome to Order Delivered and beyond, moving to automated, event-triggered messaging.
• Define content and messaging strategy across the customer journey, including transition pacing and support for picky eaters.
• Shape education, content, and claims strategy to build customer understanding and belief.
• Lead 90-day experience and check-in comms experiments end-to-end with test design and analysis.
• Partner with Data to rebuild and create new customer flows as structured journeys in Simon.
